In-Focus: Meet our Senior Customer Service Representative, Cassie Tatro!
Most of you may know Cassie, she’s spunky, full of life, and boy does she love to fly. If you haven’t met Cassie, we’re here to introduce her!
Cassie Tatro joined the MGAV team in October of 2019. Her love for flight started when her and her family would attend local airshows. Although not pilots, her parents recognized her interest in aviation at a young age and encouraged her to follow that passion.
As of now, Cassie is an instrument rated commercial multi engine pilot (training completed Part 61). She is building flight time through ferry opportunities, working on the CFI certificate while attending college full time to graduate with her bachelors this spring.
As our Senior Customer Service Representative (CSR), Cassie oversees a lot of our behind the scenes work that keeps MGAV running like a well-oiled machine. This includes scheduling and executing ferry flights, dispatch, keeping our fleet shiny and overseeing other CSR’s at Bedford. Cassie has now amassed over 500 hours of flying, and we know she’s only going up (pun-intended) from here!

Automation Best Practices
The best part of flying a Cirrus is the capability of the airplane to fly in many types of weather with great situational awareness, high speed, and long range. Your Cirrus can take you to many exciting places, and the automation on board can make these trips more enjoyable and safer.
