January 2023: MGAV Named CTC of the Year!

Last month, members of the Mike Goulian Aviation (MGAV) Team attended the annual Cirrus Aircraft global partner summit, known within the Cirrus community as CX. The annual CX convention hosted Cirrus Training Centers (CTC), Service Centers, and sales associates from around the world at the Encore Hotel and Convention Center in Las Vegas. 
 
CX is the one time each year where Cirrus and their business partners gather to exchange ideas, learnings, and best practices. This is a major learning and networking event for everyone and this type of continued commitment from Cirrus helps keep Cirrus and their partners at the forefront of general aviation.
 
At the final session of the conference, awards are handed out to the best of the best partners for the previous year. This year, MGAV was incredibly humbled and honored to be awarded the 2022 Cirrus Training Center of the Year award!  This is an annual award given to one of over 100 training centers in North America.
 
Even though we are only a company of five years, Cirrus recognized us for our commitment to excellence and our openness on sharing our best practices with other CTCs. The Cirrus Network is a big family of amazing people, and we are proud to be part of such a group of aviation professionals. 
 
This award is special to us because it recognizes the hard work and dedication to excellence that our team works to achieve every day. We strive to assemble a team that cares for you, our clients, and each other. Our goal is to be better tomorrow than we were today, and we push to make that a key part of our culture. 
 
We also want to give a huge thank you to you, our amazing customer, who believes in what we are doing and supports us in so many ways. It’s you who gives our company the energy it has. We know that you want and expect the best, and that’s what we strive to give you in return. 
 
Lastly, we want to say thank you to Cirrus Aircraft for being such an amazing partner for us. Cirrus is a company that consistently improves and innovates their products, which allows us (customers and pilots) to always be flying leading edge equipment and learning on industry best training materials. That’s why we are in love with the Cirrus brand.
