At MGAV, we train and mentor pilots exclusively in Cirrus Aircraft. 

We’re looking for a couple of very high performing flight instructors with a corporate pilot mindset and a customer first attitude to join our team. Our goal is to set the gold standard for General Aviation businesses of this type.

Experience minimums are: CFII (CSIP welcome), with some turbine and tailwheel experience preferred.
